Burkitt’s Lymphoma Presenting as Pancoast Syndrome: A Rare Clinical Entity

چکیده

This article describes a rare clinical presentation of Burkitt’s lymphoma, an aggressive malignancy that presented as anterior mediastinal mass causing Pancoast syndrome in 39-year-old pregnant woman. The patient with respiratory distress, right upper limb monoparesis, significant weight loss, and multiple bilateral axillary cervical lymphadenopathies. Blood tests revealed non-regenerative anemia thrombocytopenia, cervico-thoraco-abdomino-pelvic scan showed lobulated, tissue-dense supraclavicular extension, located at the paramediastinal apex. bone marrow biopsy disseminated Burkitt lymphoma. highlights diverse manifestations lymphoma discusses its variants, diagnostic techniques, symptoms. Early diagnosis treatment are crucial for favorable outcome.
